Hello! I am Melissa Westphal and I am the Owner/Broker of HOMEgirl Realty. I have been a Realtor® licensed in the State of Iowa since 2002. I originally got into Real Estate simply because I love looking at houses! I am solution oriented and face challenges head on with patience and perseverance.
I am from Riverside, Iowa, and love the feeling of being part of a small mid-western community. I attended the University of Iowa where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Dance. I am the Owner/Director of Stairway to the Stars, a dance and tumbling studio in Washington. HOMEgirl Realty and Stairway to the Stars are located next door to each other in downtown Washington. This makes it easy for me to be available and serve the needs of all of my clients!
My husband, Jason, and I have 5 children – 4 boys and 1 girl. We love to travel and obviously go to school and sporting events! When I have free time I enjoy reading, swimming, cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes and spending time with family and friends.
